A strategic parcel in a proven corridor
Less than a year after closing the landmark $6.3 million Adelaide Beach Estates transaction, I was approached to co-list another significant parcel in the same corridor. The seller owned 3.86 acres of development land in Adelaide, positioned near the entrance to Albany and within minutes of Lyford Cay. They wanted to capitalize on the momentum building in the western corridor while the market favoured sellers.
The assignment was straightforward: price the land accurately against recent comparable sales in the area, market it to developers and investors who understood the corridor's trajectory, and close efficiently. My familiarity with the Adelaide market from the Beach Estates deal gave the seller confidence that I understood both the land's value and the buyer profile.
Shamon Campbell and I co-listed the property through HGC Christie's International Real Estate, leveraging the same partnership and network that had delivered the $6.3 million result months earlier.
