A second opportunity in the same development
When you sell a unit at One Marina for $1.8 million and the phone rings again a few months later with another Palm Cay owner asking you to handle their sale, it tells you something about the relationships you have built. This was that call.
The seller owned a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit at One Marina, the flagship condominium building within Palm Cay. They had seen the result I achieved on Unit 307, which closed at $1.8 million, and wanted the same level of attention and market knowledge applied to their property. The unit was a different configuration at a different price point, but the seller's expectation was the same: find the right buyer, negotiate effectively, and close cleanly.
I took on the listing as the sole agent, bringing the same Palm Cay expertise and buyer relationships that had delivered the previous result.
